Job Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable individual to join the RAM Pest team as a Pest Control Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, and implementing effective pest control solutions. The Pest Control Technician must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience in the pest industry is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of properties to identify pest problems
- Determine the type and extent of infestation
- Develop and implement effective pest control solutions
- Use pesticides, baits, and traps to eliminate pests
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of all pest control activities
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Keep up-to-date with new pest control techniques and products
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of pest control products and techniques is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record for the past three (3) years
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
