Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with clients, and promoting our pest control services. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing sales revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide tailored pest management solutions.
- Present and demonstrate RAM Pest Management services and benefits to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report on sales performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position RAM Pest Management in the market.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven sales experience, preferably in pest control or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and engage with clients effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
